Donnie Webb of the Syracuse Post-Standard is all over news pertaining to Syracuse football today. H/t to him for pointing out the following:

• Ole Miss fan site Inside the Grove is reporting that MA quarterback Charlie Loeb and the Orange are mutually interested in each other
• Jaime Elizondo of the CFL could very well be the next wide receivers coach for the Orange (note: he's got a law degree; do I smell another Mike Leach?)
• You'll see here in Donnie's notes that the Syracuse coaching staff has rescinded yet another scholarship offer of a Greg Robinson era recruit -- that of Leavander Jones
• Speaking of Greg Robinson, people in Ann Arbor are scared of his potential arrival as new defensive coordinator

• Greg Auman of the USF Sports Bulletin has no clue who the new Bulls OC is going to be, but he sure knows a lot about what Jim Leavitt and staff are doing on the recruiting trail
